Digital Product Access
Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded immediately, purchases may become final once access has been delivered. Product pages will describe access terms before purchase.
Eligible Issues
Contact us if there is a duplicate charge, failed delivery, corrupted file, wrong product access, or another technical issue that prevents access to the purchased item.
Review Window
Refund or access-correction requests should be submitted within 7 days of purchase so we can review the order record and delivery logs.
Processor Rules
Refund handling may also depend on the rules of the payment provider used for the transaction.
