CMC Media Labs resources are intended for lawful AI-assisted content planning, social media production, UGC-style creative workflows, educational use, and business content creation.
Prohibited Use
- Do not use our resources to create illegal, abusive, hateful, exploitative, deceptive, or harmful content.
- Do not violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or likeness rights.
- Do not impersonate real people or brands in a misleading way.
- Do not resell, redistribute, or publicly post paid files unless a product license explicitly allows it.
Platform Compliance
You are responsible for making sure your final content complies with the policies of the platforms where you publish, advertise, or distribute it.
Enforcement
When account access launches, CMC Media Labs may suspend or remove access if the service is abused or used in a way that creates legal, security, or platform-compliance risk.
